1. License Agreement (EULA)
By accessing or utilizing any digital goods, tools, or software (herein "Products") provided by BrokenCheats, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. This license strict limits your usage to the individual account holder and precludes any form of distribution, subleasing, or commercial exploitation.
2. Anti-Reverse Engineering Clause
You expressly agree NOT to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, decryption keys, or bypass any security mechanisms of the Products. Any violation of this clause will result in immediate and permanent hardware-ID (HWID) blacklisting, termination of all active licenses without refund, and potential legal action under applicable digital copyright laws.
3. Limitation of Liability
BrokenCheats provides all Products on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall BrokenCheats, its administrators, or its affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to account bans, data loss, or hardware bans—arising from the use or inability to use the Products.
4. Acceptance of Risks
The purchaser recognizes that utilizing third-party digital modifications carries inherent risks governed by the Terms of Service of external gaming platforms. You bear sole responsibility for your account's standing. By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these risks voluntarily.
