Refund Policy

At BrokenCheats, we strive to ensure our software runs flawlessly for every user. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we outline the strict conditions under which refunds may be considered below.
1. General No-Refund Rule
Because our products are digital software licenses that are instantly delivered and activated upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "buyer's remorse," accidental purchases, or failure to read the system requirements.
2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
We may, at our absolute and sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit only if the following conditions are met:
- The software completely fails to inject, launch, or function on your machine.
- Your machine meets all the stated system requirements (OS version, CPU brand, etc.).
- You have opened a support ticket and allowed our technical support staff a reasonable opportunity (up to 72 hours) to remotely assist and troubleshoot the issue.
- The purchase was made within the last 48 hours.
3. Automatic Denial of Refunds
Refunds will be strictly denied and accounts may be terminated under the following circumstances:
- You have received an in-game ban. The use of our software carries inherent risks, and game bans are entirely the user's responsibility.
- You have engaged in account sharing, HWID spoofing to bypass our locks, or reverse engineering attempts.
- You are uncooperative, disrespectful, or refuse to follow technical support instructions.
- The product is temporarily down for an update. We compensate for downtime by extending your subscription time, not via refunds.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you attempt to bypass this policy by opening a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider, bank, or PayPal, your account and HWID will be permanently banned from our services, and we will submit all necessary evidence (including IPs, HWIDs, and usage logs) to the payment provider to fight the fraudulent chargeback.
5. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you meet the criteria for a refund, please open a support ticket in our portal or our official Discord. Include your Order ID, exact error messages, and proof of non-functionality. Our team will review your case within 24-48 hours.
