Digital Goods & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Goods

BrokenCheats provides exclusively intangible, digital goods and access keys. Due to their non-returnable nature, special licensing restrictions apply to all purchases made on this platform.

2. "Consumed" Status & No-Refund Rule

Once a digital key, license file, or subscription is accessed, delivered, or activated by the user, it is inexorably deemed 'consumed'.

Explicitly Stated: No refunds are issued under any circumstances unless specifically authorized by BrokenCheats Administration.

3. Non-Working Keys & Downtime

In the event of a global platform downtime or if a product requires prolonged updating, active subscriptions are generally paused at the discretion of the administration. If a key is demonstrably defective prior to activation (e.g., "invalid key" errors), you must contact Support within 24 hours of purchase with irrefutable proof. Resolution will be provided via a replacement key, not a financial refund.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any attempt to forcibly refund a transaction via credit card chargebacks, PayPal disputes, or crypto reversals after receiving the digital good is considered fraud. Such actions will trigger an immediate, irreversible HWID and IP ban across the entire ecosystem, and transaction details may be forwarded to relevant payment gateways to contest the dispute.
